The Privacy Statement of laalniacentrum.pl and [hereinafter: WEBSITES] has been prepared by Pazim Sp. z o. o. and is a testament to its recognition of privacy issues in online services. The following paragraphs contain the rules for collecting and disseminating customer information applicable to the above-mentioned websites:

We undertake to protect any information disclosed to us by customers in accordance with security protection and confidentiality standards. The rights of access to the personal data of service users have been restricted in a restrictive manner, so that the information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons.

§ 13. Only a limited number of authorized employees of Pazim Sp. have access to personal and address data. z o. o. on a basis consistent with the Decree of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 3, 1998. (Official Gazette No. 80, Regulation No. 521).

§ 14. WEBSITES offers users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any information from us and our partners, as early as the moment we ask for visitors’ personal information. Our website gives users several options to ensure that information about themselves is removed from our database, to allow them to stop receiving information sent via e-mail or to opt out of our services.
This can be done by following the instructions included in the body of the messages we send, and by sending an e-mail to: marketing@pazim.pl.

§ 15. Forms located as guests on the INTERNET WEBSITES belonging to Pazim Sp. z o. o. and concerning services, products, services and magazines not operated by Pazim Sp. z o. o. Privacy Policy.
